The Epping Animal Welfare Facility (EAWF), operated by RSPCA Victoria (RSPCA), will accommodate and care for domestic animals of residents impacted by family violence in the cities of Whittlesea, Darebin and Moreland.This does not apply to restricted breed or declared dangerous dogs.
